Why consider calling?
-Flexible schedules. You make your own schedule. You will have a number of required hours to meet each week, but you can do it around your life. -It's fun! Many of our callers never considered this type of calling before, but after trying it, they love it. -Customer satisfaction. You will get to see the benefits of your calling as leads become clients. -The ability to build a schedule between 5 and 25 hours per week. We work with our callers to be sure they have the amount of hours they need. -Caller camaraderie. Most of our callers are active on GTalk, and they are more than happy to assist each other. When you start calling, you will buddy up with a vet caller who will give you tips and training. -Growth and experience. Many people that started as Callers with us have advanced to other non phone positions. After calling for a 100 hours, you can mix phone and non phone work to build the perfect work at home position. The sky is the limit!
What types of calling are there? Lead Calling: Real Estate agents are extremely busy, and most of them do not have time to properly follow their leads. We follow up with agents internet leads and connect the leads with the agent when they are ready to buy. This type of calling is warm as these leads more than likely just visited their website.
Client Calling: Once a transaction is completed, many real estate agents lose contact with their clients. At Best Agent Business (BAB), we believe keeping that relationship is very important. Happy clients lead to referrals. We encourage our clients to touch base with their past clients a few times a year. We touch base with our client's clients if they do no have the time to.
FSBO: FSBO and Expired calling is cold calling. We contact people that are selling their houses on their own to see if our clients can take a look at their home. We also contact people that listed homes with other agents and didn't sell their home. The goal of both types of calling is to get an appointment for our client to look at the home.
Sales Calling: Lifebushido and Best Agent Business have many warm leads that need follow up. Our president, Steve Kantor, travels and attends major real estate conferences and makes many contacts. Steve also wrote a book, Billion Dollar Agent, and many real estate agents have received a copy or purchased the book. We need callers to follow up with these contacts and talk about what we have to offer. Sales callers also offer them a free brainstorming session with Steve.
Client Services (CS) Calling: Customer service is a top goal, and we keep in regular contact with our current clients to be sure their expectations are being met. CS callers will be assigned their own clients and will develop a bond to make sure their clients are happy. CS calling requires a friendly upbeat personality and the patience to solve problems and mediate issues. CS callers must have excellent writing skills as the position is 1/2 writing and 1/2 calling. A customer service background is very helpful in Client Services.
Non-Real Estate Calling: Lifebushido is a diversified company, and we do calling for a multitude of different types of businesses. The calling ranges from event invitations to business to business calling. We regularly have new and interesting types of calling coming in!
