A safe and ergonomically-correct work space is important, and so is stretching often. I like to get up every 45 minutes or so to move around.

A great chair is key. If your chair is not right or you're not sitting in it properly, it can cause major back and neck pain. It's super important to have an ergonomic chair and to use it properly.
