Globals are advised to follow the below mentioned guidelines :
MUST be proactive
Global must be willing to seek out online the help they need and exhaust that first before asking their mentor.
Be Independent
Need to take the initiative to learn new things and not depend on a mentor to teach them every single detail. Mentors are there for trouble shooting and guiding on our systems,
but not for teaching every process along the way.
Time Commitment
If you state you want x hours or when asked and say you want more, then you need to commit to those hours. It is too often we are asking people if they are ready for more work they say yes, miss deadlines and when asked why - the answer is I just don't have time to do it.
Honest
Be open and honest and if you don't have time or can't commit then don't. We appreciate honesty over having to reassign work over and over - it is a waste of our time.
Ishido Leave
If you have other time commitments, let us know as soon as possible. This allows both of us the chance to complete tasks without interruption of service to client. We have a policy in place for this. This can be anything from a holiday, vacation, illness, weddings, family obligations, religious observances, etc.
