How are you getting through the momentous changes taking place in the Marketing Group? Did you leave? Did you stay? Have you found your perfect fit? Are you staying quiet until all of the dust settles? Are you new and ..... sitting and spinning, intimidated, feeling flight or fight, or ready to do this thing? Marketing Group Ishidos and those being merged into the Marketing Group from other teams come on into the Water Cooler and get it off your chest. ...pppps Steve, said it is okay!

In my current status as a Newshido, e.g. lots of learning and less than 100 paid hours of work, the impact of the 2014 REORG feels like an unexpected storm or natural disaster in my work world. There can be both damage and new beginnings when the storm breaks.
The 2014 REORG experience has this popular old school song, "Mind Blowin' Decisions" by Heatwave rolling through my head.

Ahhh, I must think in music. The dust is starting to settle for me and I am doing work which has challenge because it is new and enjoyable because I can see the fruit of my labor when I am done. So the songs I am singing today have the word "finally" in it. "...finally it has happened to me..." and ...finally life has new meaning to me..."
