Steps to Set Up Your Meeting or Training Space

Requirements:

• All meeting attendees must have a forum membership in good standing.
• Please allow 48 hours for processing.
  

Action Steps:

• Email administration with the following information and email format.

Subject: WC Meeting Board Request – (Team, Group, Triangle, or Leader Name)
Content - required information

• Board Title – this is the name of the area where members will go to view your content or meet; see the Key below.
• Board Status – private, semi-private, or public; see the Key below.
• Leader(s) Name – this person will be responsible for moderating the board, assigning member responsibilities, and communication with the WC Administration
• Members – please provide member’s first and last name and WC member name and email, also specify the responsibilities of the member, if any; see the Key below.

KEY:
A. Board Title: Triangle name, topic name, team name, and etc.
B. Board Status:
        1. Private – only group attending viewable
        2. Semi-private – all forum members viewable
        3. Public – forum guests and forum members viewable
C. Member Responsibilities:
       1. Facilitator – creating threads, and editing, deleting, and warning other member posts within the group.
       2. Member – ability to participate and edit or delete only their posts.
