The Client Services team assists clients during the first 100 days with Best Agent Business and then ongoing. Outbound calls are placed as needed to obtain and record feedback and any new information. The Client Services Assistant writes and submits a call summary detailing client comments, questions and/or concerns after each call. The objective is to ensure each client is happy, questions are answered, concerns are addressed and their expectations are being met. There are improved Team effciencies with Best Agent Business when needed.
Client Services is vital for ensuring communication is solid and effective between the client and each of the various teams/team members doing the client's work within Best Agent Business. By day 90 the Client Services Assistant evaluates the client's situation and client happiness level with the client's Key Assistant and/or Teams to determine whether the client would likely provide a testimonial for Best Agent Business. Client Services also plays a vital role in client retention. Client Service Assistants will ultimately connect, build trust and establish ongoing rapport with Best Agent Business clients.
Client Services is a part of Calling, you DO NOT have to meet your 100 hour minimum to apply. Client Services is very, very selective. Thinking quick on your feet and a strong problem solving instinct is necessary. You will need to meet deadlines, be able to follow very detailed systems and be adaptable to change.
